It began with a simple idea in 2024: to create something useful for storing the things we use everyday.

That idea became our first product - the bread bag.

Inspired by the traditional Japanese bento bag, I wanted to create a simple, reusable way to store and carry bread. Something practical, but also lovely enough to leave out in the kitchen, or use for presentation and table styling.

I originally began by making the bags for family and friends to try. As they started using them, and loving them, I realised this idea could become something more.

And so, pepper. was born.
